Laura Cox Art Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Laura Cox Art. We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience. Below is important information regarding our shipping times and policies for both original artworks and prints. Please read carefully:
Original Artworks
All original artworks will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the time of order, unless otherwise specified. Your artwork will arrive within 6 weeks of dispatch. If you require your artwork urgently, please contact us to discuss expedited shipping options. Please note that rush orders will incur an additional fee.
Print Orders
All prints are made to order through our trusted partner company here on the Sunshine Coast. Prints are made to order and take 2-3 weeks to be produced. Once shipped your print should arrive within 21 days.
Important: Shipping times may vary, especially during peak seasons (October - December). Please consider this when placing your order, as shipping times during these months can be longer.
Note: All shipping times are provided as a guide. While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows, Laura Cox Art cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
International Shipping
Important: Please note that the artist or shipping companies are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any such charges.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging all artworks to ensure they arrive safely. Original artworks are securely wrapped and shipped in protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Prints, whether stretched or unstretched, are also carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available) to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please check your email for this information.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Laura Cox Art is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice an error with your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately to correct it.
